Our Plaque Program recognizes buildings and sites that hold special historical, cultural, or architectural significance within Fredericton. Through this program, selected properties are commemorated with a bronze plaque featuring interpretive text that shares their story with the community.
Eligible properties may include residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Each nomination is thoughtfully considered based on criteria such as:
