82 Waterloo Row
Probably built after 1862, this house once resembled #92 next door until it was transformed by the advent of the Queen Anne Revival and its favouring of corner turrets, multi-textured surfaces, and decorated balconies. It was the home of the Hon. G.W. Clark, Mayor of Fredericton and later Lieutenant-Governor of the province, and his daughter Dr. Esther Clark Wright, noted local author.
